Morning mist was spread all over city, people were enjoying the morning walk and daily shuttle. The complete city has changed into winter. It inspired me click some photos and experience the beginning of winter.
It is a thrill to experience the minute changes the nature makes around us. Is pandemic which put us behind the walls, else it is mesmerizing the way this city changes its hues.
It is so wonderful to observe these changes and experience it. Poets has inked a lot over this winter. I recall the poem
Blow Blow Thou Winter Wind
By William Shakespeare
Blow, blow, thou winter wind,
Thou art not so unkind
As man’s ingratitude;
Thy tooth is not so keen,
Because thou art not seen,
Although thy breath be rude.
Heigh-ho! sing, heigh-ho! unto the green holly:
Most friendship is feigning, most loving mere folly:
Then, heigh-ho, the holly!
This life is most jolly.
Freeze, freeze, thou bitter sky,
That dost not bite so nigh
As benefits forgot:
Though thou the waters warp,
Thy sting is not so sharp
As friend remembered not.
Heigh-ho! sing, heigh-ho! unto the green holly…
Appears in As You Like It, Act II Scene VII.
